The first step turn off the hp and remove the battery hp and plug it back (in a dead state)
The second step press Volume Up on hold while connecting usb to your PC or computer until the notification appears to Download Mode release button
The third step if successfully enter the mode then select LG Flash Tools 2014 select select KDZ file to D38010C_00.kdz
The fourth step of setting mode as follows Select type select 3GQCT Phone Mode select EMERGENCY and finally select Normal flash and press the Strat button
Wait a few minutes to eat flashing will finish and hp is back to normal as new again
Keep in mind to do it with care because everything is a risk if we make mistakes when flashing then the risk in own responsibility yes, I am not responsible what if there is damage to the hardware because of carelessness
